After my 1st miscarriage i went for scan dey told dat uterine fibroid is present its size is 48×41×45 mm ,my bleeding is continuing now bcz of miscarriage, should it be a problem fr nxt pregnancy or my 2nd pregnancy also face like my 1st pregnancy,plz told me
