Uterine fibroid
Is laparoscopic surgery is the mainstay ?? Or is there any other options too as I'm unmarried ?? Kindly help me out ...below is my USG pelvis report..

Take second opinion.In your case fibroid are in myometrium but cavity is normal.Try with medicine .So many medicines are available in market that causes amenorrhea and size will reduce.
