Uterine fibroid
Hello jyotsna mam Thanks for replying to my earlier post. I do not feel any symptoms as i saw on the internet. I was facing issues like excessive hair fall and increased level of prolactin in blood and symtoms showing increased prolactin level. I took medicine named cabgoline 0.5 mg for around a mth. Then the level of hormone dropped to 0.6 from 84. After a break of few months i again took the same medicine 0.25.mg twice a week and then after 1month and a week the hormone level was  1.92. I have stopped taking the medicine now and someone recomended to get ultrasound done and got fibroid diagnosed. Please help suggest some non surgical treatment for this and something that cannot harm the other situation as i already have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis.

As size of fibroid is not large I assume so there is no need to take any medicine for fibroid. Just follow up with regular ultrasound lower abdomen every 6 months to one year to see the growth and size .it would have been better if you can share scan report.
