Using thyronorm after pregnancy
My wife has been on thyronorm medication through pregnancy (baby delivered 27 Aug)
TSH before baby delivery(27 august): 7.7
Been using thyronorm 50mcg for 4 days and 37.5mcg 3 days in week.
TSH now(20 Nov) : 0.04.
Now she is feeling weak and tired very quickly.
Heard, she should have stopped thyroid medication.
What she should do now, stop medication?

It’s common for TSH to decrease after delivery. Ask your wife to take thyronorm 25 mcg daily one tablet from tomorrow for next 3 months regularly and repeat TSH after 2 months from now
