Using Nootropics for School.
Hi, I'm a highschool student, age 16, who currently is taking AP Chemistry, Calculus, and Language. As you might imagine, this means a pretty rigorous course schedual where any kind of added boost could help. As such, I am think about trying to use some more natural nootropics. Specifically: Bacopa Monnieri, Phosphatidylserine, Ginkgo Biloba, Rhodiola Rosea, and DMAE. It's all contained in an over the counter supplement product called Neuro Peak. I've done my research and have not found very many known side effects. However, I am still concerned about safety and any long term effects. Thanks.
