Using lense all the time

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have -1 and -0.5 power in left and right eye respectively with -0.25 and -1 cylindrical power respectively. I work around 10 hours in computer. Is it good to wear lense most of time? Can you recommend some good lense and of which power should I use?

Hello Your power is very small For computer work ,you don't need any glasses or lens If you want to wear lens then try to wear them for 8-10 hours ( maximum) You may use contact lens of Same power as glasses
