Using Lactare tablet
I feel my breast are too soft while feeding.. I feed my baby whenever she wants.. she is 16 days old... she urinate 5 to 6 times a day.. I like to take Lactare tablet to increase my breast milk.. how many tablets should I take for a day. Please suggest me..

Take 2 tablets three times a day. What is the baby's weight at birth and now? Don't worry about milk supply. As baby is passing urine, it is likely to be enough. Avoid tv, paper, news on mobile etc to keep mind relaxed. Do meditation and listen to soothing songs.

Urine output is not adequate. You eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of liquids/ milk.
