Using Follihair tablets more than a year
I have 2 question about follihair tablets. 1)I have been using follihair for more than an year and still using. Is it a good idea using follihair tablets for that long? I just bought 1 year supply recently after completed 1 year using it. 2)Also I have seen there is a difference between old tablets to new tablets ingredients. Old follihair tablets contains 10 mg of biotin with other ingredients compared to new one with just 30 mcg of biotin with other newly added vitamins and minerals. I was wondering does this tablet works as same as old once since it has vast difference on biotin %?(I have also seen difference on other ingredients but since biotin is a major ingredient that prompts hair growth, I was only asking on this)

Same tablet  for such a long time is not a good  idea.  Your body won't  be absorbing  the entire nutrients  after habituation.  It is also a good thought to visit a dermatologist  and explore  addition / substitution of other tablets/ lotions/ procedure based on actual scalp condition  and severity
Next Steps
it would be a good idea to consult a dermatologist to understand  your options and end results  expected. you may choose to do online consultation with me.
Health Tips
