USG report analysis.
My USG report says this. What happened to me?   Bilateral pelvi & vesico-ureteric junctions are collapsed. Cervix is normal in size & measures (3.0 x 2.8 cm), shows no focal lesion with closed internal OS and collapsed endocervical canal. Para-cervical fat planes are intact. Vaginal lumen is collapsed with no collection, irregularity, soft tissue cystic lesion. OVARIES:- Both the ovaries are mildly bulky in size & elongated shape, shows multiple small follicles arranged peripherally with central hyperechoic, hypertrophied stroma. No dominant follicle is seen. No focal lesion is seen. Approximate number of antral follicles in each ovary is about 8 - 12. All follicles bilaterally are 2 - 4 mm each. Bilateral paraovarian fat planes are normal. Bilateral mildly bulky & elongated polycystic variant ovarian morphology. Residual urine volume of 66 cc.
