USG detected 19mm g.sac at 5 weeks 5 day

I need some guidance for my wife who missed her period this month and after that we tested using prega news and urine test both. In both cases outcome was positive. After that we had visited the doctor and he asked us to do USG for pregnancy. After doing the on the advised week, the report says, 19mm g.sac has been detected with age 5 weeks 5 days. But no foetal pole has been detected in the USG yet. Is it normal?
