Uses of satavari
Hello doctor, I want to know that daily consumption of shatavari is safe for an woman? It increase the estrogen hormone in female body by daily consumption??? (I take one organic india shatavari capsule daily with breakfast I do not have PCOD/any gynic problem.)

It's not good to take it for a long duration as it will increase the prolactin level in the body. It can make u put on weight as well on long term use. It would be good to know for what purpose u started taking it to help you better.
