Hi am 7 months pregnant now and am travelling by train this month so is it safe to take susten 300 now

If no pain abdomen or backache,no twin gestation,or if u r not having any high risk factor of pregnancy like short cervix, previous history of 2 ND trimester abortion,no need of tab susten at all.
