Usage of sunsce sunscreen or spf

Asked for Female, 19 Years

So I'm using YUVinie SPF 30 n it got expired ..I'm confused why some people who doesnt use SPF still has fair colour n no skin peoblm at all it left whitish cast on my face I'm thinking to stop using SPF olz suggest
