Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi, I am using sebamed sunscreen with SPF 50+ which is fine for me.But Im confused is it safe to use sunscreen with SPF 50+ as i am not geeting sebamed sunscreen lotion with SPF 30.There is sebamed spray sunscreen with SPF 30,but spray is good or not totally confused. As i read some Dr. advice that spray is not effective. Please help me.Im using right sunscreen.And Im using face wash and moisturizer with same brand.
