Urology problem
From childhood I have a problem on penis I can only go bathroom under the penis I have made 4 operation but now Iam little bit better .now my problem is wen I go one bathroom the urine flow and spread under the middle of scrotum so ter is wound between the scrotum I consult many doctors they are saying if u enlarge ur penis the urine will not flow down but the doctors don't have any idea to solve my problem can u plz help me doctors
