Urolithiasis during pregnancy, 12 week
I have been diagnosed by an ultrasonography of having right kidney stone, 7 mm in size, presently stuck in VUJ. I'm having severe pain and mild to moderate occasional haematuria ( 2 - 3 times in last 3 days). Should I go for: - conservative treatment or - Take tamsulosin or - go for ureteral stenting or - go for ureteroscopy . Please advice !!!

That depends on your symptoms, renal function status, presence of any features of sepsis. Conservative management without surgery should be considered in view of pregnancy. But, since you are in 2 nd trimester now, if absolutely necessary, ureteroscopic lithotripsy with or without stenting is possible.
