I’ve been having a sudden urge to pee frequently, but sometimes very little urine comes out. I also feel a slight burning/painful or uncomfortable sensation toward the end of urination. It started a few days ago after sex. The pain had reduced, but the urgency and unusual sensation started again today. I’ve taken Fluka 150 and UTI Joy syrup, which is helping but not much. Could you please suggest a suitable antibiotic or medicine for this?

Urgency and burning that started right after intercourse is a very typical postcoital UTI pattern, and the fact that it's returning suggests the infection may not be fully cleared yet.
Next Steps
A urine culture test will identify exactly which antibiotic will actually work this time, rather than continuing to guess with over the counter options.
