Streptococcus B - UTI + similar pains?

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have/had Strep. B. I get UTIs VERY often and recently was told that since I drink a lot and practice good hygene the Strep B may have been the cause for these. Another thing on the side, is that I always feel pain when peeing after sex, since before I was sexually active; and during foreplay with my partner I always feel like I need to pee in the "fingering phase", could this also be from Strep B? Would getting treated for Strep B free me from these problems?
