Urine track infection
My 11 month baby have fever past 2 days moderately. We took urine culture that report attached here. I soo worried pls anyone help me.

Hi
Kindly do physical consultation with Paediatrician
Admit child at hospital
Give 48 hours of injectable antibiotics
Then can shit to oral antibiotics.
Repeat urine culture after 7 days
