Urine smells bad

I’ve had an issue with BV, I’ve treated it with antibiotics twice and I think it’s still there. My pee smells bad, but no other symptoms. What could be the cause? Also, I use coconut oil as lube for sex, could that effect it? Although, I’ve been using it for over a year and just started having this issue. I’m sick of taking pills and nothing happens. I’m also self conscious about my vagina smell when I’m having sex.
