I’ve had pain under my bellybutton

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I’ve had pain under my bellybutton for 3 days now but is only sore if I press it in and feels like a stitch..... scared incase it could be related to pregnancy however I am on the pill and was 8 hours late one day but the information leaflet said I would be fine up to 12 hours so just wondering what this might be
