Get a gynecological evaluation to rule out cervicitis, vaginitis. You will need a detailed workup to evaluate the cause of recurrent uti which includes ruling out various immunosuppressive conditions like diabetes. Also to be ruled out structural anomalies of the urinary tract through a thorough workup. Treatment of the uti should be followed long term prophylaxis.
