Urine Inconsistency
Hi - From couple of days my urine frequency has increased a lot and always feel that bladder is full and urgent need to empty it . After 10 mins again same sensation. Have done urine test culture and the reports are normal. Also have done the sonography of kidneys , pancreas, liver and Urinary and gall badder - reports are normal.
Need some help to understand where the problem is??

Prepare bladder diary ( monitor and write volumes of each time water/fluid intake with time as well as measurement of each void /urine passed in 24 hour, and record for at least 3 days. Need to do uroflowmetry with post void residual urine as well. Then consult a urologist with reports.
