Urine flow is not proper
From the last 3 years, I am feeling burning sensation at the tip of the penis while urinating, but from the last few months my urine flow also becomes very slow ..it takes too much time to empty. According to uroflowmetry report, my urine max. Flow is only 4ml/s and in RCU, it is showing blockage near p1rostate. Please suggest me what to do, can it be cure by medicines only or operation is the only option?

Your symptoms are suggestive of bladder outlet obstruction. With preliminary diagnosis of primary bladder neck obstruction. It is a known entity in young men . MCU films are not done which need to be done. Any element of neurogenic bladder dysfunction needs to be ruled out by an Uro dynamic study. Mean while you can start a course of Alfa blocker to improve your urine flow rate .
