But my due to lack of knowledge

Don't self medicate with antibiotics.if problem still persists get a urine culture done. Show the report to a doctor. They will suggest according to the bacterial strain predominant. Don't delay if problem is persisting. Meantime reduce your sugar intake and increase water intake.

Best option for that is have plenty of water it will rinse out the bacteria.
Have more anti oxidants colorful fruits, green tea, etc
Maintain good hygiene.
Avoid public toilet for some time
