Urine And Feeding Issue - 1 Month Old Baby Not Passing Urine

Urine and feeding Issue

1 month old baby not passing urine while sleeping in night or day both. But when we wakes up, he passes 2-3 times. He feeds also less compare to before having cough. His motions are normal.
