I have attached urine culture report I have urine infection and ear infection My ent specialist recommended ceftum 500mg Or loxof 500 mg My urologist recommended levoflox 750 mg Or zocef 500 mg cefuroxime axetil Which medicine will work for both ear and urine infection Which medicine is stronger Please give your opinion

As if u r sensitive to ciprofloxacin as per ur attached report U can take it 500mg bd for 5 days It is effective for both
