Urine analysis pain urine
Done 2 times urine analysis with 3months gap ( routine microscopic)...both came normal. Still pain and burning urine mostly after sleep or less urine... Is this serious infection? Started 1 year ago. It comes and goes in days. Prostatitis or urethra problem? Should I go for usg? Taken 1 week cefixime ofloxine both time ..syp Potrate mb6

Good morning I understand that you have pain and burning sensation on and off while passing urine for one year Your urine routine report is normal Hence it is unlikely to be UTI

Problem with muscles maintaining the urinary pathway 5. Food triggers related 6. Psycho-social causes We have to assess your urinary, psychosocial, organ specific, infection, neurologic/systemic, and tenderness of skeletal muscle (UPOINT) system Have to Calculate your GUPI (Genito urinary pain index) which can be then be used to guide treatment accordingly

Have to meet a good Urologist for starting evaluation and treatment please stop antibiotics and potrate
