Hi
I can't comment on any medicine prescribed by another doctor.
It is unethical.
The pain depends on the place of the stone.
It may be even radiating, when the stone is passing.
Generally you feel the pain in the back, in the sides, region where kidney is present. It may travel to the front or sometimes feel the pain although from back till the groin.
