Urination is uncontrollable

Asked for Male, 75 Years

Now a days my father is not able to complete his regular daily activities. Biggest problem is toilet and urination. what is the latest arrangements available in market to take care these problems. Slowly he is also gaining weight hence the problem is getting worse day by day.. please suggest how can we overcome with these problems..just to highlight there is no kidney related problem...
