hi blood in the urine defintely needs care. iblood at the end of urination is suggestive of cystitis. meanwhile pain in abdomen could be urinary infection with associated stones which needs to be ruled out. on your part can give plenty of water and see an urologist for comprhensive care.

Thank you for your question.
Your wife needs to see a doctor urgently, gynaecologist or urologist will also do. It may be that she has an infection or sometimes a small stone can cause similar symptoms. Bleeding when passing urine is worrying and should be looked into asap.
best wishes
