USG WHOLE ABDOMEN, SPECIALLY RESIDUAL URINE..
TREATMENT
ALKALIZER CITRALKA TWO TEASPOON FULL AFTER FOOD, THREE TIMES A DAY WITH HALF GLASS OF WATER.
TAB LEVOFLOXACILLINE 500ONE PER DAY FOR FIVE DAYS.
