Hello sir
Your urine analysis shows occult blood and calcium oxalate crystals . With your history of abdominal pain , it can be due to renal stones.
If pain is intolerable consult hospital for intervention.
If pain is tolerable kindly video consult for detailed discussion, diet advice and management plan
