I think you need to change your antibiotic as nitrofurantoin is bacteriostatic while to treat active UTI bactericidal drug is needed
You can continue with urikind
Add syrup citra alka 10 ml TDS
The Question is which antibiotic to switch to
This depends upon your C/S
Next Steps
Change antibiotic Acc to C/S
Health Tips
Book an appointment to discuss the antibiotic

What does your ultrasound report say?
Yes symptoms can go away
You might have to change urikind to more potent drugs
What does urinary culture say?..if it is sensitive to other more potent antibiotics,it can be changed
No there is no need to change the medication, but some more medicines should added, and ideally you should get in touch with your doctor who advised you the initial treatment. Who will add them after reassessment of your current complaints
