Urinary retention
I’ve been having this problem from past few months. I am not able to pass urine properly, need to strain to pass and feeling of not emptying is also there.

USG WHOLE ABDOMEN SPECIALLY BLADDER REGION N QUANTITY OF RESIDUAL URINE.
TABLET LEVOFLOXACILIN 500ONE PER DAY FOR FIVE DAYS.
SYRUP CITRALKA TWO TEASPOON FUL THREE TIMES A DAY FOR F SEVEN TO TEN DAYS.WITH HALF GLASS OF WATER.
