I flow of the urination is slow and i am unable to control the urination. I am diabetic from past 10 years and having bp from 2 years. My prostate enlargement is 47 cc so is the above problem is due to prostate enlargement?

It looks like problem due to prostate enlargement however urinary bladder is,also affected more or less in long standing diabetes.a test of urodynamic  may detect this.consult a urologist in the locality for the same
