Slow urine flow only in night
I get up in the night to urinate but the flow is slow sometimes dripping , but once I get up in the day it is normal . Abdomen scan is normal . All organs normal size

Need to evaluate with some more test, like Uroflowmetry, post void residual urine . Then consult a urologist.
