I have been suffering from slow urination for the past 3 / 4 years.
It is intermittent problem. Sometimes the flow is normal and at times slow.
What may be the reason and please advise the way forward.
I have twice undergone diagnosis and nothing abnormal was found

Take a trial of medication to relieve the outflow obstruction, if the symptoms are persistent then you need retrograde urethrogram and voiding cystourethrogram to rule out stricture. If it is normal, then you need to get assistance from a Urologist nearby. Cystoscopy may also be required
