Urinary problem
Have undergone holep one year ago.After operation doctor told me that prostate was not that large and my nladder neck was tight and he has done needful.However i experience after end of urination pressure on urethera and some stinging paricularly on right side of my pelvis and on right side in urethera.My maximum flow rate is 20ml for 1s average 13

Flow rates appears normal ,does not appear to be a obstructed system.
Bladder neck obstruction group of people have more fibrous(less elastic),and less glandular elements.
Bladder neck relaxation is less due to nature of problem.
Get ultrasonography of abdomen especially for KUB region and post void residual urine along with urine examination.
Not significant residual urine,no infection , nothing to worry,
Significant residual urine and or infection, further treatment required
