Urinary infection
Hello doctor, my baby is 7 months 25 days old. Usually night before he sleep i wear him diaper. i dont change his diaper during night times as his sleep disturbs. he stays with the same diaper over night. morning times i use him only cloths not diapers. today i noticed he is passing his urine in yellow colour and very little quantity he is passing it. is there any infection. m much worried .pls clarify my doubt doctor.

First of all you should not put the same diaper throughout night, change atleast two to three times, for any urinary tract infection, child will have either of following symptoms , crying while passing urine, increased frequency of micturition, fever, vomiting, loose stools, excessive crying.
