Urinary incontinence

Asked for Male, 55 Years

Frequent urge to urinate but can't pass urine. Just dribbling. Wenr to St stephens, they prescribed antibiotics along with alpha blocker. Had one dose but no improvement. I could not sleep or sit for 10 min as there is a frequent urge. Telle something to get rid of this symptom.
