Urinary burning
Lower abdominal pain for a while post-urination, burning sensation near the urethral orifice. Burning persists for longer duration than abdominal pain. Recurring for the last 3 days. Mild burn in the anal orifice during passage of faeces.

Its urine infection. Get urine routine microscopy done and consult in opd or online with reports.
