Urinal infection
I am handicap patience, i cant walk. from my hip to toe, i don't have sensation. dew to which i use chathater to remove urine trice a day. i get infection very offen. in culture and sensitivity report show 1 lac colony count and growth as profuse. how i can get rid of this infection. please do sujjest what i should do. hope i get reply for my request. thanks.

If you are on CIC, bladder can never be free of bacteria and colonization will remain there. Only thing is that infection sholud no up inside kidney and bacterial loss should be least. Do CIC at four hour interval, take more water, avoid constipation, use probiotics to replace dangerous bacteria from bowel.
