Kindly get u r complete renal profile done. Also look for symptoms if any related to joints of fingers, feet/toe, big toe pain below the big toe, sudden pain, redness and inflammation in any joint big /small. Your back ache cud be becos of high uric acid and renal stone formation. Need to be evaluated medically thru US abdomen and recommended medication as per doctor's advice.
