Well need more details to exactly know what it is .. but definitely take him to paediatrician and get investigated and follow advice of doc . May require imaging like ultrasound ..

Recurrent vomiting may be because of infection. He may need antibiotics. Whether he needs admission or not depends on many other factors like how are his motions, colour of vomiting and many more.
