Urethral STRICTURE
I have recently been diagnosed with urethral Stricture. I am attaching my RGU ,kindly advise the surgery method accordingly please.
VIU or urethroplasty ?
If VIU can It be managed/treated through Self catheterization? Or I have to ultimately go for urethroplasty?
Please please help

Better to go for urethroplasty at ur age...VIU is not adequate for this stricture and self dilatation shouldn't be goal for young patients like u
