Urethral Stricture
Hello I have lack of urge now to pass urine and have weak Urine flow and I know I have Urethral stricture which is almost led to Urinary retention. Besides this I have lack of erection during the day as I haven’t masturbated since June 2020. I have erection at night with nightfalls that used to come 5-6 times a month. Now nightfalls is also not coming and I feel I have ejaculatory dysfunction . I have sever blockage and no urge at all to pass urine and unable to empty bladder at all with weak urine flow .

Get Evaluated for urethral stricture ... and there r surgeries for stricture. Get it done and u will be ok. Do all these under the guidance of local urologist
Regarding erectile dysfunction, it is just anxiety and stress related.
