Urethra A Little Swolen, No Other Symps

I’m male, my urethra is a little swollen, there are no other symptoms though. no burning sensation when peeing, no pelvic pain, no discharge, etc. just a urethra that’s a little swollen and a little sore if I rub on the outer-most INNER part of urethra
