Discharge from urethra(penis)
I'm a male. I'm experiencing irritation in my urethra while urinating since last 3 days. Didn't think much of it till now but today I noticed some pus like discharge coming out my penis. It also hurts a little if I press my penis in the along the spongy urethra area as if it's wounded or something. Could it be an infection?
