Upper lip small rough patch
Hello ,
I have been feeling this small patch or rough surface for quite some time, It healed and came back again.Can someone tell me what it is and what needs to be done. Attaching pictures for your reference.

It could be a viral wart or similar type of lesion.. better to consult a dermatologist for further management
